Job Description How will I help?

As Senior Manager, Delivery & Embedment, your primary focus is on executing and integrating impactful learning experiences within the organization.

You are tasked with ensuring the delivery of high-quality capability interventions, that range from facilitation to coaching, and ensuring their seamless integration into the business.

You will deploy capability solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery and a positive learner experience. You'll drive impactful change and engagement strategies, enhance accessibility and reach, and lead innovation in learning methods.

You'll track and report on employee engagement, use data to assess effectiveness, and support the management of Graduate and Intern Programs.

Key responsibilities Manage inward enquiries and requests via various channels (i.e. Business Institute inbox, Service Now, OBi, Chat functions)Program Coordination, Delivery & AdministrationFacilitation Standards and utilisation utilising the appropriate sections of the 4E Framework (Education, Exposure, Environment, Experience)Change Impact and Learner Engagement planning & deliveryManagement of the divisional graduate & intern programs What's in it for me?
