Please note, this position will initially be offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities: Inspire and guide a talented team of data professionals to ensure successful data migration and governance throughout our major transformation project.Develop and implement comprehensive data migration strategies, including architecture, resources, schedules, and governance frameworks.Maintain data quality and security, safeguarding the accuracy and integrity of data as it transitions from legacy systems to new platforms.Work closely with tech and business teams to integrate data solutions, fostering a collaborative culture and innovative practices.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges during the data migration process.Provide transparent and concise reporting on data migration progress, quality, and compliance, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.About You: Over 10 years in a Senior Manager capacity leading data migration teams in an ERP environment or similar leadership role preferably within an FMCG environment.Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and transformation approach.Must have experience with ETL processes, Legacy System Migration Workbench, and strong knowledge of data management within the SAP landscape.Familiarity with Syniti Knowledge Platform preferred.Proven skills in managing schedules and ensuring project timelines are met.Excellent at working with Business SMEs and Functional Leads, with strong stakeholder management abilities.Experience with HP ALM and HP QC testing tool is a plus.Deep expertise in data governance, architecture, and quality management, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to write clear instructional aids and lead effectively.Strong analytical abilities and a solid understanding of software development cycles and data migration methodologies.In-depth knowledge of compliance standards like JSOX and their impact on data assets.Join us and make your mark on a team that's driving innovation and excellence in the world of data!
