About the role
Senior Manager - Strategy & Consulting is responsible for leading a team of specialists and acting as a trusted cyber security advisor to senior stakeholders in Australia's largest organisations.
The Senior Manager actively contributes throughout the engagement lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities, to delivery, managing engagement commercials and closure - in addition to ongoing management of client relationships.
Duties Evaluate customers' business needs and advise on strategic cyber security planningManage all, or part of, a relationship with customers, including change management, account planning, and development of key relationships to lead to follow-on workManage engagement teams, including project scoping and definition, work plan development and implementation, meeting preparation and facilitation, and project managementContribute to the management of engagement financials to support sustainable and profitable client deliveryPlan and coordinate the resources necessary to complete product implementation and preparation of major strategic proposalsPerform rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, developing cohesive conclusions, and presenting key findings at the executive levelLead, coach, and build high performing teams to enable learning, development, and capability uplift. 27th June, 2024 About the company
