The Role
Reporting to the newly appointed Group CISO, as the Senior Cyber Ops Manager you will be responsible for developing an effective SecOps function from a low maturity. You will define the roadmap, build on current capabilities, and manage incidents effectively.
Your role will be split between improving operational capabilities, developing the strategy, improving the team and networking across the business as the central security function to improve processes & controls across all business units.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for experience across the following areas:
Experience in managing/developing a security operations capability (either an in-house SOC or managed service provider).Experience in developing a SecOps capability – improving processes across detection & incident response.Extensive hands-on technical background, with experience in cloud hosted environments.Strong communicator with an ability to network & engage across business units internally.Experience in complex environments preferred – able to influence and improve processes across a federated or complex environment.How to Apply
