What you will be doing Leading the delivery of leadership and capability-building programs aligned with strategic goals.Driving inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility (IDEA) initiatives across the organisation.Developing and implementing workforce planning and talent strategies to support future needs.Providing expert advice to senior leadership on culture, capability, and policy matters.What you will bring to the role Proven experience in leadership development and organisational capability-building.Strong knowledge of IDEA principles and experience in driving related initiatives.Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, and policy development.Commitment to the VEC's core values.How to apply All applicants must submit:
