About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Partnerships to join our team and take the lead in managing strategic corporate relationships that deliver lasting impact.Reporting to the National Manager, Corporate Partnerships, and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, you will:

Ensure FY24 and FY25 Partnership Management Strategy is realised: Lead the execution of the corporate partnerships Strategy to achieve growth and impact.Build relationships: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate partners, ensuring mutual value and long-term success.Inspire and Manage: Coach and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, positivity, and innovation.Drive results: Oversee tailored partnership renewal proposals, grants, campaigns, and annual impact reports.Represent the organisation: advocate for our vision at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities. About you

As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
Proven experience (5+ years) fundraising experience in the NFP sector, with Partnerships experience.Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline and/or demonstrable transferable skills in a similar or related roleStrong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.Documented track record of effectively managing highly successful partnerships in a shared value service setting.Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with strong financial and project management capabilities.Passion for our vision and the values of The Smith FamilyOur benefits
