About the role
This role has become available due to an internal promotion, we are searching for a Senior Manager to join our high performing and engaging corporate finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Group's overarching objective of maximising long term shareholder value.
Key responsibilities
Oversee capital allocation activities and independently reviewing all Investment Committee (IC) proposals
Own the Group's long term corporate model including group valuation and scenario analysis modelling
Monitor Group financial health and providing ongoing advice to the CFO/Deputy CFO
Support the General Manager for Ampol Property Trust, Ampol Property Trust 2 and Z Property Limited Partnership
Lead the development of the Group's capital planning process and providing support on the broader business plan
Partner with the business on major initiatives to deliver decision support and provide advanced financial modelling capabilities
About you
You will have strong technical knowledge with the ability to partner and influence senior stakeholders. Your strong financial and commercial acumen will ensure you are able to influence positive business outcomes.
Key skills and experience
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, engineering, finance, mathematics or related field
Extensive experience in a commercial and/or corporate finance related role
Experience working with data, financial analysis and financial concepts
Experience in capital allocation, capital stewardship and capital planning
Desirable: CA, CPA, CFA or equivalent (or working towards these qualifications)
