Senior Manager, Consulting / Organizational Change LeaderAs a Senior Manager in our Consulting practice at Cognizant, you will drive successful change initiatives for our clients, ensuring smooth and effective implementation to achieve lasting benefits. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of change management principles.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Cognizant and client teams to deliver effective and sustainable project/organisational outcomes through a structured change management approach with a focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisation structures.Support business development efforts including responding to RFI/RFPs, client presentations, development of solutions, and resource estimates.Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget.Drive faster employee adoption, higher utilisation, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organisation to increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of expected results and outcomes.Lead change management activities in IT/Business/Transformation environments.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.Conduct detailed change impact analysis and assess business readiness.Develop and manage change plans, including timelines and deliverables.Lead communications and engagement efforts: Lead the design, development, delivery, and management of communications and stakeholder engagement plans.Design and implement end-to-end training plan and approach, including training need assessment, training requirements assessment, training effort estimates, identification and development of training mediums/channels, formulation of training strategy and plan, execution of training plan, and creation and monitoring of an integrated training calendar.Define and measure success metrics and monitor the change process, addressing issues and organisational risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive results.Provide coaching and support to managers and employees.Evaluate the success of change initiatives and recommend improvements.Support and lead the team in the development of RFI/RFP responses and other business development opportunities.Communicate change initiatives effectively across all levels within Consulting and as part of business development efforts.Minimum QualificationsMinimum five years' experience in structured change management across multiple industries.Experience with large-scale organizational change and transformation programs.Accustomed to leading change management activities in IT/Business/Transformation environments.Prosci, APMG or other change management certification desirable.Ability to rapidly assimilate into client cultures and analyse challenges.Identify and manage anticipated resistance from key stakeholders.Confident in presenting to all levels of staff up to senior managers and leadership teams.Creative problem-solving skills.Exceptional communication and active listening skills.Ability to influence and move toward a common vision.Flexible, adaptable, and resilient.Acute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Strong planning, strategy, and problem-solving skills.*Open to candidates from Sydney and Melbourne location.Joining Cognizant will give you the opportunity to learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry, while having your finger on the pulse of emerging industry trends and working on the cutting edge of technology in your field of expertise.
