BDO's Consulting team provides professional client services in strategy, transformation, technology, people, and human capital.

You'll work with diverse clients who value our expertise and support, as well as build and tailor our approaches to help our clients solve their problems.
You will collaborate with our delivery teams and experts to deliver successfully for our clients.

Engagements may include (and are not limited to):
Strategy and Transformation delivery across complex, large-scale programs and projects Operating Model design, implementation, and review Change Management strategies Business Performance Improvement Process optimization and cost-out About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager to deliver a full spectrum of services and projects across areas such as Change Management, Organisation Design, Workforce Planning and Strategy, Culture, Learning, and Leadership.

You'll work across a range of projects including designing culture plans, organisational structures, management development, capability frameworks, workforce strategy/plans, and so much more.

This is a client-facing role utilising your organisational change management background and broader management consulting experience.
This role will be supervising individual and team workloads, project managing, and delivering exceptional service outcomes for all clients.

Some examples of the types of projects our team deliver include:
Leading the design and delivery of change management strategies and plans for digital transformation or other organisational changes Build networks and assist in leading the development of our Consulting practice Develop client strategies and execute bespoke solutions to address client opportunities and challenges.
Liaise with client senior management and C-Suite and Boards to ensure objectives are met and risks are mitigated.
Supporting the delivery of culture change initiatives, including culture assessments and roadmap development Developing and delivering training programs to build capabilities, including leadership development Competency Model Development and developing target operating models Develop externally facing material about the practice (e.g.
articles, presentations) and contribute to capability building internally through the development of tools and training where there is capacity Management of workflow and delegation of work to appropriate staff, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, meet technical standards, and are within deadlines and budgets.
Work with Partners, industry teams, and service lines to research, identify, track, and manage activity with selected target organisations.
About you
This role will suit candidates with an extensive consulting background and experience growing a successful business, aligning leaders to a clear vision, setting strategy, planning, designing, implementing programs & projects, and delivering change.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires a high level of professional autonomy focused on delivering outcomes for clients and building the capability of the BDO team in Operational Excellence.
You'll be considered an expert in this space.

Strong foundational experience in change management and/or with a general consulting skill set within a professional services environment Knowledge and practical experience in change management methodologies and new ways of thinking to drive change (e.g.
human-centered design) An aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results Well-developed core consulting skills, including research, analysis, presentation, project management, and attention to detail Ability to form strong working relationships with market-leading clients to support their strategic aspirations.
Business development, bids, and complex proposal management experience Experience in sizing engagements including scoping the skills & experience required, team structure, and supporting pricing framework for delivery A PROSCI certification will be highly regarded Why BDO?
