Marketing / PR / Events Marketing Communications Melbourne Permanent / Full Time 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Potential for Permanency Financial Services Organisation Melbourne CBD with WFH Flex 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract - Potential for Permanency Financial Services Organisation Melbourne CBD with WFH Flex Role Overview: As a Senior Communications Manager, you will be the "go-to" person for communications, supporting both internal and external communications across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the Head of Client and Market Development, you will be responsible for delivering key communications strategies, managing media relations, and maintaining high-quality content.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape communications strategies, take real ownership & bring new ideas to a high-profile institution that interacts with clients, senior stakeholders, and government bodies.

Key Responsibilities: Development of content (original as well as drawing on material produced by the Investment experts), including investment communications, using different media such as video and webinars Maintain and update key digital tools, including the company website, LinkedIn page, and internal portals.
Proactive key stakeholder engagement (internally and externally), education, and media management Support the development of the organisation's Annual Report and client-related materials Assist with client events, including Investment Forums, and related communications Work closely with the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and various teams across the business to support internal communications and the delivery of key content What You'll Bring: A proven track record in delivering high-quality corporate communications for both internal and external parties Experience working with senior stakeholders and ability to build relationships across all levels of staff/teams True self-starter and ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day communication activities Familiarity with managing media relations and experience using digital tools Experience in financial services would be preferred but not necessary Knowledge of the Victorian government and public sector communication processes would be an advantage   Benefits: This is a great opportunity to join a supportive and dynamic team where you'll make a real impact The organisation values flexibility with WFH flexibility  Competitive salary package Next Steps: If this sounds like your ideal role, apply via this advert with your resume to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
