TAFE NSW Life-Changing Careers Senior Manager, CoE Curriculum State-wide Opportunity (depending on TAFE NSW campus availability) Temporary Full-time until June 2028 Total Remuneration Package $201,939. TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence To tackle skill shortages in priority areas, TAFE NSW is launching the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence (CoE), which is a joint initiative between the Australian Government and NSW Government under the National Skills Agreement. The TAFE NSW Manufacturing CoE is an agile approach to skills acquisition, connecting industry and education partners to foster innovative training pathways and enhance core manufacturing skills.
About the role Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving innovation and results in the manufacturing education sector? TAFE NSW is seeking a Senior Manager, CoE Curriculum to oversee the development and implementation of a range of innovative courses for our Manufacturing Centres of Excellence. In this role, you will be responsible for curriculum planning and management, including microcredentials, microskills, and higher apprenticeships. You will ensure these educational offerings align with industry needs, respond to community needs and ensure the TAFE NSW Manufacturing Centres of Excellence are nation-leading hubs for manufacturing education.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel as required to other TAFE NSW Campus locations at Western Sydney, Hunter and Illawarra Regions.
About You The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience. Extensive experience in multiple facets of curriculum and course design. Demonstrated experience in educational leadership, including leading teams in delivering education and training services, providing education advice to diverse stakeholders and/or engaging with strategic partners to achieve effective education outcomes. Extensive experience in innovative teaching and learning strategies in both vocational education, and higher education context. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, along with a strategic mindset that enables you to design and implement cutting-edge educational strategies informed by research, across the State. Ability to operate in a dynamic educational reform landscape, ensuring courses are responsive and adaptable to ongoing changes. A strong focus on the development of high-impact education that enhances engagement, retention, and completion of learners, including learners from key equity groups, is essential.
