This role requires constant involvement in continuous process improvement cycle to match industry standards and innovations within the university. You will lead a service-oriented culture with teams to be able to deliver services aligned to Charles Sturt's goals and strategic plan.
You will have accountability for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Information Technology support and processes with involvement in procurement and provisioning of IT equipment for staff and Charles Sturt teaching and meeting spaces.
