Position Type: Full Time (38 hours/week)
Salary: Above Award $138,000 per annum plus superannuation, 17.5% leave loading, and salary packaging options
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead and oversee a diverse portfolio of child, family, and community services.
This pivotal role will ensure high-quality service delivery while promoting the well-being and resilience of children, families, and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for program development and implementation.
Oversee compliance with legislation and quality assurance measures.
Lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
Build strong relationships with community partners and advocate for client rights.
Manage budgets and seek funding opportunities to support program growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Services, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
At least 8 years of senior management experience in the social services sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and budget management skills.
