About the team
We work with organisations to help them reduce the financial reporting burden. This can include identifying process improvements, and technology solutions that can reduce the time taken to produce financial reports.

We focus on improving the quality of financial information and aligning accounting outcomes with the commercial outcomes achieved by organisations. By ensuring accounting matters are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner we enhance the efficiency of the financial reporting process and reduce the burden associated with statutory reporting and compliance obligations. We are specialists in finance function transformation, accounting change, financial management, transaction accounting advice, specialised finance outsourcing.

You will be working as part of multi-disciplined teams on a variety of client projects in areas such as financial and management reporting, digital finance transformation and accounting advice. As well as gaining fantastic experience working with some iconic clients, you'll get access to Deloitte's training and development opportunities.

We're looking for candidates with a combination of the following:
10+ years of experience in a related fieldExperience in business development, pipeline generation and sales - particularly client account management/leadershipExtensive experience delivering finance transformation projects that involve technology, process and control activitiesDemonstrate sophisticated project management of complex finance technology/transformation projectsQualifications in an Accounting/Finance/Information Systems degree and/or CA qualification or equivalentExtensive experience in enabling services related to end to end P2P, O2C, R2R cyclesExperience in coaching and guiding other team members in applying tools, guidance, and methodology in delivering projectsWell-developed account management and relationship skillsExcellent collaborative skills, precision thinking and a dedicated work ethicExperience in enabling finance technology services such as the following would be an advantage:
Procure to Pay, Travel, Expense or Invoice Management and solutions such as SAP Concur, Expense8, Coupa etc orFinance Close to Report transformation and solutions such as BlackLine, Oracle Account Reconciliation, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, TM1 etc.Experience supporting or leading SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or other ERP Finance projects or project streams is highly desirable Why Deloitte?
