As a Senior Manager - Capital at BOQ Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include the production and management of the Group's capital forecast, actively contributing to capital optimisation initiatives, providing advice on capital implications of business activities, and conducting subject matter reviews of capital reporting.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Deliver the monthly capital forecasts and related management analysis and reporting. This includes maintenance of the forecast model and continuous improvement of processes and assumptions.Deliver capital projections and analysis for the annual Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process (ICAAP) and regulatory stress tests.Prepare capital reporting for external financial disclosures (Interim Financial Report, Annual Report and Results Presentation) and provide SME review of the Pillar 3 disclosure.Prepare capital forecast and optimisation discussion materials for the Capital Working Group.Support the drive on capital optimisation initiatives. This includes design and implementation of Return on Equity reporting.Interpret prudential standards and provide advice on the capital implications of business activities.Develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.Conduct regular competitor analysis.About you Skills and experience required to be successful in the role: Strong knowledge of capital management best practice and techniques and APRA prudential standards.Relevant banking capital management experience.
