Senior Manager / Butcher

Outback Meat Barn is a family-owned retail butcher shop, committed to supplying quality meat products throughout Western and Outback Queensland. We are currently expanding our business to a second location (Savage's Butchery - Longreach) and are looking for an experienced and skilled butcher to manage our store in Longreach Queensland.
Applicants must possess the following skills:
Qualified butcherAt least 10 years of industry experienceGood interpersonal skills and ability to manage staffSelf-motivated and proactive, reliable cooperative team playerThe successful applicant will be required to oversee the day-to-day running of the shop, including but not limited to:
