Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee and drive the strategic alignment of our policy and administrative systems across the organisation from a business standpoint.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of policy and admin systems, ensuring they align with the organization's business strategy and goals;Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by understanding system operations from a business perspective and identifying opportunities for improvement;Develop and implement strategies that optimise platform performance, scalability, and integration to support the organisation's objectives;Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure platform initiatives are aligned with overall business goals;Lead and manage platform-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and successful implementation of changes.Experience5+ years of experience in managing complex platform systems, with a strong focus on business operations and strategy;Deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate technical platform capabilities into business value;Solid knowledge of policy and administrative systems, with the ability to collaborate effectively with IT and technical teams;Ability to see the big picture and align platform initiatives with organisational goals, ensuring long-term success;Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders;Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and an ability to manage complexity.How to ApplyFor more information or a confidential discussion please contact
