About the role: Reporting to one of the Directors, the Senior Manager will manage a sizeable portfolio of high-end taxation and business advisory clients. Maintaining and building client relationships while supporting and developing a talented team of accounting professionals. You will also work closely with the Director on strategy, operational support, and value-add consulting services.
Responsibilities to include: Manage internal and external stakeholders and find solutions for clients' needs.Day-to-day management of the team including workflow and job reviews.Provide exceptional client service and be the first point of contact for clients.Conduct technical research to provide taxation and business advice to the portfolio of clients.Review financial statements, income tax returns, and business activity statements for High Net Wealth Families and associated entities including Individuals, Partnerships, Companies, and Trusts.Support the team to deliver exceptional client service with a focus on quality and an in-depth understanding of client needs.Meet with existing clients of the firm and develop new business with prospective clients.Scope and manage budgets to optimize productivity for your team.Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) or similar Degree8+ years of Business Advisory experience from a mid-tier or top-tier professional services environmentMinimum 3 years of managerial experience, managing client relationships and supervising junior staffIn-depth technical taxation and compliance experiencePossess high-level, confident communication and presentation skillsExperience with various accounting software products such as XERO, MYOB, APS, etc.What's on offer: An attractive salary of between $130K - $150K + superFlexi work arrangements – flexi start and finish timesWork with a group of highly impressive Partners/Directors where supportive leadership and mentoring is providedGenuine career progression supported with personal and professional development programsExposure to a wide range of clients as well as the opportunity to collaborate with other divisionsThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced Senior Manager to showcase your talents, be generously rewarded, and progress your career with this highly respected branded mid-tier practice.
