What role will you play?As the leader of the ANZ Financial Market Operations team, within the broader APAC Financial Market Operations division, you will drive operational excellence and transformational change, ensuring compliance within the regulatory landscape.
Your responsibilities include promoting a culture of operational efficiency in service delivery to both internal and external customers, leveraging technology and data.
Additionally, you will champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, creating an environment where all team members feel valued and can thrive.
What you offerSenior leadership experience in operations, with a preference for financial markets expertise.
