Job DescriptionAbout the role. As a Senior Manager in our Osborne Park Accounting & Tax team, you will play an important role in the business for both our clients and also our team.
You'll be responsible for the management, development, and administration of a portfolio of clients while also being one of the key leaders within the team.
As a team leader, you'll manage a small team of accountants and be a key player in driving the office culture.

You'll work closely with our Accounting & Tax Partners.

What to expect in the role: You'll be a team leader, meaning you'll be responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met as well as building the team culture mentioned above.Management of a large portfolio of clients across a range of industries.Reviewing and producing accounting work.You'll need to multi-task and prioritise work while providing support to your team as needed.Identifying new business opportunities and playing an active role in business development.Opportunities to further your development, in areas that are important to you rather than overly structured career pathways that don't align with your personal goals.Desired Skills and ExperienceSeven (or more) years' experience in a public practice.Experience managing and mentoring a small team in a busy environment.Fantastic time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.Experience in the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns.Capable of providing strategic client advice.Excellent knowledge of Australian taxation legislation.Specialisation in one or more areas of taxation legislation.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.Ready to apply?
