About the Role Our Senior Management Accountant will report directly to the General Manager and be a valued part of our leadership team. With two direct reports based at our Welshpool office, the Senior Management Accountant will offer mentorship and support to the finance team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is highly desirable.Experience Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or management role.Knowledge Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Familiarity with financial modelling and data analysis tools.Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable recommendations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.How to Apply  Click APPLY and fill in as much information as you can in the track record section of the application, paying close attention to each question.
