In this role you will work closely with our operations and finance teams. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation and presentation of financial data to support in the delivery of business outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include: Monthly management report preparation. Proactive analysis of costs and cost drivers to support operations in managing budgets and delivering efficient services. Gain a thorough understanding of impactful cost and revenue drivers to implement and improve forecasting accuracy. Work closely with key stakeholders and internal customers relating to financial matters. Conduct variance analysis on all forecast inputs, investigate anomalies and negotiate with forecast providers to manage variances. Further adapt and enhance the reporting procedures and strategy to ensure the finance function continues to achieve efficiencies and compliance with policies and accounting standards. To be considered for this role you will: A degree in Accounting or similar subject Hold your Professional Accounting qualification (CA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc) or be working towards. 4 years accounting experience in budgeting, forecasting, creating timelines and management reporting. Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel and broader MS Office skillset. Strong communication and presentation skills with staff and senior management.
