Key responsibilities include:Leading the automation of reporting processes.Developing dashboards and KPI reporting.Implementing consolidated and divisional reporting to drive accountability, including overhead allocation.Updating the Chart of Accounts to align with modern reporting needs.Streamlining and automating short- and long-term cash flow analysis.Enhancing bank transaction processes and reviewing banking requirements.Supporting tax consolidation, GST grouping, and TPAR reporting.Documenting finance procedures and creating role-specific workplans.Collaborating on IT strategy and improving Netsuite utilisation.Analysing costs and supplier relationships to recommend efficiencies.Implementing expense management and credit card expenditure reporting.ProfileThe ideal candidate is a proactive, solution-oriented professional with a collaborative approach and strong execution focus.
