You will be working in a highly flexible environment where working from home is offered.Job DescriptionReporting into the Financial Controller your role will be to oversee the following:Develop and implement Activity-Based Costing (ABC) structures to accurately allocate costs.Prepare and analyse cost centre reports to monitor the financial performance of business units.Conduct margin analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and profit improvement.Provide detailed financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with manufacturing and operations teams to understand cost drivers and improve cost efficiency.Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes for business units.Monitor and report on key financial metrics, ensuring alignment with company goals.Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts.Provide financial training and support to non-financial managers to enhance their understanding of financial performance.Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.The Successful ApplicantThe successful candidates will be able to display the following:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A CPA or CMA designation is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management accounting role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of Activity-Based Costing (ABC) and cost centre reporting.Proven experience in margin analysis and cost management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in financial software and systems.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
