Our client, a specialist property lending company, is seeking an experienced financial professional to play a pivotal role in preparing, developing, and analysing financial information to guide the company's strategic decisions.

Please note, candidates will preferably have managerial / team leadership experience and must be FULLY qualified. Key duties of the Senior Management Accountant to include: Update commitment fee and valuation spreadsheets, reconcile payments/receipts with bank accounts, and raise sales ledger invoices.Reconcile intercompany accounts, fixed assets, and handle accruals, prepayments, and asset disposals monthly.Prepare VAT returns, post monthly journals, analyze profit and loss balances, and assist with balance sheet reconciliations.Managing a small team within the accounts departmentAssist with audit preparations, manage insurance renewals, and support Singapore accounts alongside senior accountant.Maintain records of bank accounts, handle queries, and assist with opening new accounts.Administer investor portfolios, ensuring up-to-date KYC, accurate records, and timely interest payments, collaborating with Accounts on transactions and cash flow forecasting.Gather and manage financial data, conduct investor account reconciliations, and ensure accurate updates from senior leadership.Prepare investment analysis and reports for stakeholders, providing portfolio summaries, year-end statements, and discussing future opportunities with the COO.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, prepare regulatory filings, and stay updated on relevant legislation.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance investor experience and portfolio management activities.Requirements for the successful Senior Management Accountant: Candidates must be fully qualifiedA minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably from financial services.Previous experience managing a teamHigh level experience using Excel and Sage (preferable)Strong numerical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr
