Our opportunity The Senior Major Licence Officer is responsible for several integral functions which include the regulation of all Licensees within the gambling industry
Key accountabilities
Provide required support, advice and assistance to principal staff within the Major Licence Management team with the management of key industry concerns raised by internal and external stakeholders, including the management and triaging of industry complaints and timeliness of responses by the LM teamIdentify risk areas in relation to the management of the major gambling licensees and develop/implement mitigation strategies associated with a variety of gambling operationsAssess submissions from major gambling licensees in relation to new initiatives and developments which may require regulatory assessment and responseWho we are looking for To be successful in this position you will have:
Demonstrated experience in undertaking investigations and analysis of complex data structures in the conduct of financial audits, and/or assessing applications or submissions from external bodies for approval in line with legislative conditionsProven ability to interpret and apply legislation, preferably in a regulatory environmentWhat we can offer We value our employees and strive to build a work environment that allows our people to achieve their full potential.
