The Role: Senior Maintenance Planner We're seeking a Senior Maintenance Planner for our Malaga head office.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for forecasting, planning, scheduling, and managing maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment availability and asset integrity.
You'll analyse data, develop plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with teams and vendors to enhance maintenance processes and improve asset performance.

Key Responsibilities: Design Innovative Maintenance Plans: Create and document modern maintenance strategies that maximise equipment performance and longevity.Master Maintenance Scheduling: Take charge of active scheduling for Plant & Equipment, ensuring you have the right stock, resources, and team in place for top-tier performance.Adapt and Thrive: Stay ahead of the curve by adjusting servicing schedules to meet shifting operational demands and keep everything running smoothly.Revitalise Procedures: Keep our maintenance procedures fresh and effective with continuous updates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Drive Excellence: Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, tackle any non-compliances, and enhance equipment performance with proactive solutions and recommendations. About You: Mechanical Expertise: You hold a Mechanical Trades qualification and bring a minimum of 5 years experience with mining equipment and heavy plant maintenance.Tech-Savvy: You're highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project and Power Bi, and adept at using maintenance management systems.Strategic Thinker: You have a strong understanding of maintenance, materials management, and operations, coupled with a solid grasp of resource management, cost management, and budgeting.Organised & Methodical: Your work style is highly organised, disciplined, and methodical, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every task.Effective Communicator: You excel in clear, concise communication and can articulate ideas effectively, both written and oral.Collaborative Leader: You thrive in a collaborative environment, engaging and influencing colleagues across all levels of the organisation.Balanced Multitasker: You have a proven ability to juggle day-to-day tasks with future projects, maintaining balance and focus.Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Your attention to detail and process-focused approach drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
