We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team in beautiful Adelaide.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance and reliability of water infrastructure assets, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
As the Senior Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Maintenance Oversight: Lead the planning and execution of maintenance programs for water assets, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Primary Point of Contact: Act as the go-to expert for all maintenance-related inquiries, collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders.Safety, Quality, and Budget Management: Maintain high standards of safety and quality while effectively managing maintenance budgets and resource allocation.Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success and ensure client satisfaction.The ideal candidate will possess: A degree in Civil, Mechanical, Process, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.Significant experience in maintenance engineering, particularly within water projects (e.g., desalination, treatment facilities).Experience working on the client side, especially with local councils or water authorities, is highly valued.In-depth knowledge of the Australian water sector, including relevant regulations and best practices.Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team effectively.We offer a competitive hourly rate (ABN or PAYG) that reflects your expertise in this contract role.
