We pride ourselves on our flat structure and collaborative culture.Day-to-day Responsibilities:Bring state-of-art machine learning models from ideas into production.Take ownership of complex projects, and deliver well-structured, well-tested, production-ready solutions.Take a leading role in designing and building innovative machine learning and other algorithmic solutions, API services and data pipelines.Collaborate with multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders like product managers or software engineers.Monitor, analyse and improve the quality of existing feature implementations using statistical methods.Coach and support more junior colleagues.Requirements:BSc in Computer Science, other STEM subjects, or comparable work experience.3-5 years of working experience in machine learning/AI in a commercial environment.Strong programming skills in Python (additionally, experience with C# a plus).Experience in building and evaluating production-ready machine learning models.Experience working with PyTorch, Tensorflow or other machine learning frameworks.Knowledge about transformers, Large Language Models and other SOTA models is highly desirable.Experience building chatbots or other AI Agents is not essential, but a plus.Excellent communication skills, in particular, ability to explain complex concepts to more junior colleagues and non-technical people.Before you Apply:From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including background checks, on our behalf.
