About the role: Join us as the Senior Loyalty Manager, where you will lead the Wesfarmers Health Loyalty strategy, driving visitation, customer retention, engagement, and satisfaction across our Retail brands, including Priceline.
This role will report into the Head of Loyalty and eCommerce and will be offered on a fixed term contract of 14 months.
Oversee all aspects of the Loyalty function, including member communications, partnerships, program operations (delivery of the loyalty customer value proposition), OnePass partnership, content, customer experience, strategy, and financials (revenue, income, breakage, points accrual).
Develop and implement strategic initiatives that leverage customer insights and data to optimise loyalty program performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
Focus on operational excellence, innovation, and team development to establish a best-in-class loyalty program that delivers significant benefits to Wesfarmers Health and our partners.

Key Responsibilities: Channel Performance: Exceed sales growth targets for the Loyalty channel.
Manage the FY25/FY26 Loyalty Budget, ensuring key metrics are met.
Analyse P&L data to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor loyalty metrics and provide robust forecasts.
Strategy Development: Own and evolve the Wesfarmers Health Retail Loyalty strategy.
Collaborate cross functionally to enhance the customer value proposition.
Stay updated on market trends and emerging technologies.
Program Operations: Oversee daily operations, including member communications and promotions.
Develop operating plans and execute loyalty strategies to drive engagement and growth.
Partnership Management: Oversee OnePass partnerships and maximize income through strategic collaborations.
Ensure contractual agreements are met and drive ROI.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, fostering a high-performing culture.
Build cross-functional relationships to align Loyalty initiatives with business objectives.
What you'll bring: Education/Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in loyalty leadership, preferably in retail.
Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, experience design, or digital.
Experience with franchise systems is desirable.
Skills & Experience: Strategy and Operations: Proven track record in managing and scaling loyalty programs.
Ability to develop and refine loyalty strategies and operating plans.
Capable of multitasking between day-to-day operations, initiatives, and strategic planning.
Familiar with various loyalty platforms and technologies, including CRM and marketing automation tools.
Commercial: Successful in delivering key loyalty metrics, such as scan rates and member engagement.
Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of loyalty drivers.
Experience in developing business cases and managing operating expenses.
Skilled in using data to optimise loyalty strategies.
People Management: Experience in leading and developing teams, promoting a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate across the organisation to enhance the consumer experience.
Respectful and encouraging of team members' ideas and contributions.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring materials for diverse audiences, from seniorleadership to junior team members.
