As a senior professional manager, specialist or practitioner, coordinate the functions of a section or library and/or archival service and contribute directly to the formulation of agency policies. Provide high level advice and support to the Supervisor in relation to the development, implementation and evaluation of activities and strategies in a state-wide context. Develop, implement, and evaluate plans, programs, and procedures to support the effective and efficient provision of library, archives and information resources.
