About the Role This newly established position will play a key role in supporting our Broker channel and building meaningful relationships with commercial and agribusiness clients.
With a focus on delivering tailored financial solutions, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, credit assessment, and lending to empower businesses to thrive.
Located within our NSW branch network, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to Regional Australia Bank's growth in a way that aligns with your professional strengths.
Whether based in one of our branches or engaging directly with clients, you'll be part of a team committed to fostering success in local communities.
What You'll Do:
• Build and manage a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness clients with a focus on lending solutions exceeding $1 million.
• Collaborate closely with our Broker channel to ensure seamless client experiences and drive business development.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses and prepare high-quality credit submissions in line with regulatory standards.
• Provide expert advice and financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of businesses in commercial and agricultural sectors.
• Actively engage with community organisations and professional networks to promote the Regional Australia Bank brand.
What We're Looking For:
• A background in commercial and agribusiness lending, with a proven ability to manage complex loan portfolios.
• Expertise in financial analysis, credit structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• A relevant qualification in finance, business, or agriculture—or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Flexibility to work collaboratively within the NSW branch network and travel as required.
• Previous experience in working with Commercial Brokers preferred.
