Senior Legal Secretary - Commercial Insurance The Role In this role, you will take a proactive approach to providing high-level administrative support to a team of Senior Lawyers.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established law firm in the heart of the Sydney CBD whilst providing high-quality support to a team of amazing lawyers.
Diary and inbox management Billing, time recording, expense management and reporting Preparation of correspondence and Court documents Filing legal documents Assisting with client enquiries and ability to develop relationships internally and externally Matter management including opening and closing files, archiving, electronic filing, and physical filing Drafting of legal documents and correspondence Event management and travel bookings and crucial team administration tasks as required.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' of experience within a similar role in a legal environment.
Sound knowledge of Commercial Insurance processes is essential.
You will also be able to demonstrate the below skills and qualities.
