An opportunity for an experienced Senior Legal Secretary to join a firm in Canberra CBD Your new company
This firm has been in operation for over 50 years. They pride themselves on their high level service, loyal client base and forward-thinking way of operating. They are located in Canberra City and are looking for an experienced legal secretary to work on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be supporting a senior partner. Your responsibilities will include:Responding to client enquiriesPreparing briefsOpening and closing filesArchiving and filingDictaphone typingManaging phone and email correspondenceDatabase entry, management and integrityBilling and invoicesScheduling appointmentsGeneral administration functions as requiredWhat you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have previous administration experience working in a firm or corporate environment. You will be able to work to deadlines, under pressure and have a sharp eye for detail. In this role you will gain valuable hands-on experience which will enhance your career progression opportunities within the legal field.
