The Opportunity:This position represents the opportunity to join a prestigious national law firm with an excellent culture and interesting, high profile matters.
It's best suited to an intermediate or senior level Legal PA who has a proactive approach. Current year one or two law students are welcome to apply, but please note this is a full-time opportunity with hours of 9am - 5pm five days per week.
Working closely with two Partners in the B&F practice, you'll be in charge of a broad spectrum of admin and legal support tasks in the Insolvency & Regulatory sector.
Daily Responsibilities Include:Document creation, preparation, amending, and filing including contracts, deeds, agreements, securities and transaction bibles;Diary, inbox and communication management;Administration of monthly timesheeting and billing;Opening, updating and closing files.Culture & Benefits:You, the successful applicant, will enjoy a tight-knit culture in the centrally based Melbourne CBD office.
