About the Position Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join as a Senior Legal Manager. You will be working with a team of qualified lawyers to tackle complex problems and deliver corporate legal solutions by leveraging the use of technology. They provide a comprehensive and holistic response to client needs, and their legal advisors support businesses with innovative solutions and technical excellence. The team excels in managing large, data-intensive projects and assisting clients with their commercial and corporate needs. About You You are an experienced corporate lawyer that has worked on large transactions and is familiar with the type of work done by corporate teams in large law firms. You enjoy managing and mentoring young lawyers, and like to use technology to streamline processes and improve efficiencies.
