One of the critical challenges is the need for our team to provide exceptional legal support for privacy matters involving TikTok.ResponsibilitiesYou will primarily support TikTok's business, commercial and corporate affairs teams across the region, including collaborating closely with our global cross-functional teams.As part of a full service team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including, for example, supporting creative and partnership teams.You will work with internal stakeholders (both business and legal) at a global, regional and local level, both setting and implementing strategy from a legal perspective.You will manage a wide variety of projects to promote a scaled approach in assisting the business to meet its objectives.You will thrive in an environment that asks you to deliver at pace, juggle competing priorities, support bespoke initiatives to increase commercial engagement and develop opportunities and bring your experience and enthusiasm to respond to an ambitious business that is growing fast.QualificationsMinimum qualificationsQualified into the commercial, media & technology or advertising division of a leading private practice law firm.Strong commercial acumen across a range of digital advertising matters, and be comfortable taking commercial decisions and working closely with senior business stakeholders, marketing and creative leads at a LatAm and global level.Strong negotiating and drafting skills, being comfortable taking the lead in negotiations, such as sponsorships, production and creator engagement opportunities.Worked collaboratively to develop new documentation, workflows and best practices and have experience of implementing legal processes and self-serve resources which assist a business to scale at pace.Fluent English skills.Preferred qualificationsExperience of supporting digital platforms is a plus.Experience of working in highly matrixed organisations and in an international business is a plus.Diversity & Inclusion Statement: TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
