Senior Legal Counsel - Lending/ Finance - ASX Listed FintechOpportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to join this dynamic, top ASX-listed, leading fintech organisation that is experiencing strong organic growth with product expansion and strategic business acquisitions.This newly created role will join a growing, high-performing legal and compliance team, providing support and advice on various issues including commercial asset finance, consumer credit, financial regulation, and general commercial matters.Key Responsibilities:Providing timely and high-quality legal advice to various business unitsDrafting, reviewing and negotiating various types of commercial agreementsManaging legal and regulatory risks across all relevant internal business units, material activities, and projects.
