About the role Our client is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to assist with the Australian and New Zealand business' legal and compliance needs.
Reporting to the General Counsel, your responsibilities will include:
Drafting and settling a broad range of contracts including supplier and customer contracts.Reviewing marketing and advertising material for compliance with consumer protection laws.Advising on disputes and reinforcing compliance initiatives and programs.About you You will be a commercial lawyer with 5-9 years' experience and strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Ideally, you will also have some experience in consumer law matters.
You will thrive in an environment where you can work autonomously and deal with a range of stakeholders including senior management.
