It has grown by acquisition to become a market leading service provider to thousands of Australians.
About the role Reporting to the Group Legal Manager, you will handle a broad mix of corporate advisory and commercial mattersthis successful business. In this diverse role, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting the business on corporate advisory and transactional matters, including M&A.Reviewing and negotiating a variety of complex commercial contracts and product related queries.Respond and assist with responding to various queries across the business, covering a broad range of legal areas such as competition, privacy, IP, disputes, employment, and contract interpretation.Providing regulatory, legal risk and compliance advice.About you You will be a corporate and commercial lawyer with approximately 8+ years' PQE. Ideally, you will have gained some early experience in the corporate practice of a well-regarded law firm before moving in-house.
You will have the ability to work independently with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a high level of commercial awareness will support your success in this role.
