Senior Legal Counsel

Senior Legal Counsel (Commercial) opportunity with a global leader in professional services. Your new role Working amongst a large team of supportive lawyers, you will be involved in managing a broad range of commercial matters, covering client contracting, procurement, technology-related agreements (including As-a-Service, licensing and development) and collaboration arrangements. You will help shape new business offerings, provide legal advice relating to compliance with a broad spectrum of laws that impact the company, and may also be involved in transactional work.
