Key
responsibilities
include:Supporting the General Counsel in delivering legal strategy and managing external stakeholder relationships.Providing strategic legal advice and helping the business make risk-based decisions.Drafting, negotiating, and advising on contracts and agreements.Managing legal risks in alignment with the company's risk profile.Representing the business in legal disputes, mediations, or court appearances as required.Ad hoc legal advice on corporate projects as required by the General Counsel.Our clients'
requirements
include:Minimum of 3-5+ years PQE in commercial, property, or corporate law.Admitted (or eligible for admission) to practice as a Solicitor in Australia.Experience at a reputable law firm handling complex legal matters.In-house or secondment experience is highly regarded.This is a unique opportunity to join a top Australian organisation, offering associate-level lawyers the chance to launch and grow their in-house legal careers.
