About the role:Due to continued and sustained growth, the established legal team is now looking to add a lawyer to the function.
Reporting to the Head of Legal (Australia) and working across the business you will have a corporate, commercial and contracts focus including:
drafting and advising on various contractual agreements;providing compliance, regulatory and risk advice across various product lines (as well as white-label / partner agreements);providing advice on promotional, advertising and editorial material for publication;intellectual property rights, IT, privacy and data protection; andcomplex multi-party commercial arrangements.Skills/Experience:To be considered for this role you will have:
a minimum of 6 years' PAE and an unrestricted practicing certificate;demonstrated experience in drafting commercial contracts;preferably some in-house experience (whether on secondment or in your current role);a commercial approach allowing you to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Benefits:Awaiting you is:
