Crown Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Legal Counsel to provide comprehensive legal support across our operations in Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.
Reporting to the General Counsel – Group Corporate, you will play a crucial role in supporting key projects, M&A activities, litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate transactions.Key Responsibilities:Provide timely, commercially focused legal advice on a broad range of matters, including corporate transactions, intellectual property, contracts, hospitality operations, marketing, and regulatory compliance.Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, manage intellectual property, and support procurement activities.Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders and promote a culture of compliance.Engage with external legal counsel, assist in policy development, and support staff training.What We're Looking For:A minimum of five years' post-qualification experience in-house or at a law firm.Expertise in corporate law, contract law, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and litigation.Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and meticulous attention to detail.A relevant Law degree and admission (or eligibility for admission) as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria or New South Wales.Additional InformationWhat you can expect from us:On top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
