WHO YOU ARE We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Legal Assistant to join the team. This dynamic role will draw on your experience enabling you to provide support across all aspects of Wills & Estates.
To be successful in this role you must have:
a minimum of 3-5 years' experience as a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary; other administration experience will also be considered. excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. a high level of attention to detail and be well organised. You will be responsible for ensuring high level support for the Wills & Estates team, including:
Diary management. Brief creation. Proofing and formatting a range of correspondence and legal documentation. Liaising with clients. Booking and setting up meeting rooms. File management - ensuring the case files meet the File Management guidelines. Archiving. Fortnightly billing. Why join HHG Legal Group?
