The Role
We are seeking to meet the growing demands of our practice.
You will be supporting a Principal, Senior Associate and Solicitors in the Commercial and Insurance Litigation teams.
Typical Duties
Drafting, preparation and filing of court documents;
Preparation and filing of liquidation and bankruptcy documents;
Preparing and editing correspondence and briefs to counsel;
Diary management, including monitoring critical dates and ensuring deadlines are met;
Liaising with clients, barristers, third party providers and experts;
Proofreading of correspondence and documents, collation of documentation.
File management, electronic file maintenance, invoicing and general administration duties.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
High level communication skills, both verbal and written.
Organisational and task management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and respond to rapidly changing needs .
Self-motivation with a mature attitude.
The ability to work proactively under direction.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in Litigation preferred however, candidates with other experience will be considered.
Professional, enthusiastic and great with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work under strict timelines with outstanding time management skills and attention to detail.
