The opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Legal Advisor to join our team!
The purpose of this role is to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives and make a better world through delivering on Bupa's ambition to become the world's most customer-centric healthcare company.
This role will help achieve Bupa's ambition by providing strategic, commercially focused legal support for Bupa APAC mainly in relation to:
the Health Insurance Business Unit; andEnvironment, Social and Governance (ESG) related projects and initiatives across all Business Units across the Bupa APAC business.Bupa is a global company and this role provides opportunities to liaise and work with the Bupa Global team.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements.
How will you make an impact? Key responsibilities include:
Provide legal advice to the Health Insurance Business Unit and Environment, Social and Governance related projectsNegotiating and drafting a wide range of contracts and documentsCopy clearance in respect of marketing collateralLegal advice on competition and consumer lawExplore and implement legal process optimisation initiativesAdvice to senior management and legal education across APACDevelop relationships and collaborate within Bupa APAC, Bupa Global legal team and various business stakeholdersWhy work at Bupa? What do I need?
