Senior Legal Administration Opportunity!

Looking for someone who is passionate about the legal profession, with a strong attention to detail!
Your new company
Well established dynamic law firm, based in Sydney, CBD. We are looking for an experienced, reliable and organised Legal Administrator to join our busy law team.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under solicitor supervision, as part of a team, and independently when required.
Your new role
Some of your responsibilities will include
Your Key Responsibilities:
Providing a great level of care and support to our clients in a professional manner
Building strong relationships with our clients, internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the team with general e-file management and administration
Coordinating appointments for the lawyers, medico-legal appointments for our clients, conferences and mediations
Communicating with clients, insurers and other professionals both in writing and verbally
Preparing legal correspondence and compiling court documents
Attending to court filing and meeting clients at reception
Preparing matters for conferences and hearings
Training and mentoring junior staff.

Your skills and experience
2+ year experience as a legal secretary
Experience with personal injury, Insurance and professional indeminity
Administrative experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to monitor time and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills

Additional Information:
Permanent position – Full time in the Sydney CBD!

Reporting to the Senior Lawyer, you will play a vital role in supporting the legal team with a broad range of administrative aspects of litigation matters.
Available to work 35-40 hours per week (hours to be agreed), between the hours of 8:30am – 5pm Monday to Friday with weekly WFH day.
