As a Senior Lecturer in Business, you will make significant contributions to the teaching effort in your interdisciplinary area and will play a major role in scholarship, research and professional activities.
You will coordinate and teach agreed units and courses and ensure allocated units are prepared for both internal and external students, including web-based versions of each unit in a timely manner, and monitor the quality of those units.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
A PhD in a relevant business discipline (Business; Management; Marketing).Established track record of substantial research activity in the field of Business, including publication of high-quality refereed journal articles, HDR supervision and receipt of competitive grants, and an ongoing commitment to continuation of such research activity.Demonstrated record of Higher Education teaching, curriculum development, and assessment experience.Demonstrated record of academic administrative experience relevant to a business school context, such as coordination of a core subject or award program or curriculum development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills engaging a wide range of audiences, and successful experience in collaborative endeavours.Demonstrated capacity and willingness to work effectively and consultatively as a member of a team.This position is subject to Charles Darwin University Affirmative Action Priority Recruitment measures, in accordance with s57 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 (NT) 1992.

Appointment to this role will be at Research active Academic Level C. The base salary will be in the range of $134,128 to $156,967 per annum.
The total remuneration package will be in the range of $156,929 to $183,651 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
