About the Role
Looking for an experienced AP6 Senior Leasing Officer to support the strategic management of a diverse national property portfolio, focusing on acquisitions, leasing, and disposals. This role plays a key part in driving sustainable commercial outcomes and contributing to long-term portfolio asset planning.
Classification: APS6
Location: Multiple Locations
Contract Duration: 12 Months + Possibility of 6 Months extension
Requirements: Police Check Baseline Clearance or Ability to Obtain Clearance Selection Criteria Response Key Responsibilities: Assist with strategic property portfolio management (acquisitions, leasing, disposals) Support property lease negotiations, acquisitions, and divestments Develop leasing strategies to improve asset management and drive efficiency Prepare briefs, reports, and correspondence to inform property decisions Maintain leasing data to ensure compliance and portfolio optimisation Manage property-related procurements, including leasing and divestments Collaborate with Property Service Providers, monitoring performance and compliance Provide strategic advice to senior executives and stakeholders Engage with internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes Identify and implement improvements in business management practices Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in commercial leasing and/or contract management Knowledge of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 Familiarity with the Commonwealth Property Management Framework Strong initiative and judgement in policy interpretation and problem-solving Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail Experience leading and mentoring staff Security clearance (Baseline) or ability to obtain For more details or a confidential discussion about the AP6 Senior Leasing Officer role, click 'APPLY NOW' or contact Alyanna Ensenado at 0261137521.
